Preferred Property Inspection has completed many different types of inspections. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item by the time Preferred Property Inspection has finished your home inspection.  Our qualified inspector will notify the client of any item that is noted.

A Full Home Inspection includes: structural, lots and grounds, roof, electrical, plumbing, AC/water heater, all appliances, all accessible windows and doors.

A Four Point Inspection includes: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical wiring and panels, plumbing connections and fixtures, and roof. This inspection is primarily for your Homeowner's Insurance.

A Wind Mitigation includes: Windstorm Inspections look for construction features that have been shown to reduce losses in hurricanes, such as hip roof, concrete block construction, the pressure of gable end bracing, shutters and opening protections, the presence of roof to wall attachment such as toe nails, clip or hurricane strap, and the presence of a secondary water resistance barrier. This is for obtaining discounts on windstorm insurance.
